I left a networking event with a pocket full of business cards. Every time someone handed me a business card, I said to myself, “What the hell am I going to do with one more business card? Write notes on it? Stack it on my desk to be thrown away later? Add it to the Rolodex I don’t have…”

I’m not sure if anyone who gave me their card expects me to “use it.” Just add them on LinkedIn maybe?
